Who are we? We are Titan Title Company, LLC, the Mid-South's premiere Title and Escrow company. Titan Title, the brainchild of Michael M. Wardlow and Mark Littrell, was founded with one main purpose; to create a real estate closing firm that strives to provide the smoothest closing experience for our buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders alike. 

Mike and Mark, even though being in the same business for two decades, never met until they were introduced by a mutual friend in the business. After the initial introduction, Mike and Mark had several conversations over a three-month period, to determine how each other operated and each other's views when it came to policies, procedures, and customer relations. It was soon realized that they shared the view that Customers, whether it be buyers, sellers, agents, or loan officers, are the most important part of any title company, followed closely by their staff. With a strong professional customer base all things are possible when it comes to title. 

Mike and Mark, while knowing that they both have some of the best agents and brokers in the industry as customers, and friends, and wanting to be part of something special, decided to team up to deliver the best closing experience possible. In early January, 2023, Mike and Mark shook hands and Titan Title was formed. In addition to Mike and Mark, Titan Title has a staff of experts in not only title, but also customer service. Knowing that no one will take care of you like Family, Mike and Mark strive to foster a family like environment for our employees here at the office.
