Michael M. Wardlow
Mike, a licensed attorney with almost 25 years in the real estate closing business, founded Titan Title Company, LLC with the intention of building a team that prides themselves on excellence in service and client retention. Mike was born in Memphis, but raised in Olive Branch, MS, and has a very diverse background with experiences in the health sciences, law enforcement, and youth sports programs. With Mike's diverse background, as well as his over two decades long experience in the legal field, Mike is well capable of answering any and all real estate related questions, and putting together a plan to solve even the most complicated title situations to ensure a smooth closing for our agents and customers when the highly anticipated closing date arrives.
Mark Littrell
Mark, Co-Founder and Director of Marketing, comes to Titan Title with extensive experience in the financial services industry and sales. Like so many others in our field, the real estate industry has become Mark's second career. Over the past several years Mark has built, and continues to build ,a following of agents and lenders that look to Mark each and every day for guidance and advise on their closings. Mark, also, has extensive experience in real estate investments, and has a plethora of knowledge and experience helping investors learn the business and discover their Nitch. Mark is always available for calls and to assist our agents, lenders and investor clients in any way he can.
Kelsey Watkins
Kelsey, one of our Senior Closers, comes to Titan Title with several years’ experience in the real estate closing business. Being a mother to two wonderful young kids, Kelsey has developed strong organizational skills along with problem solving and time management expertise, and has mastered the kind of patience that only a mother can have. One thing that sets Kelsey, and frankly, all of the Titan Title Team apart from other closing companies’ staff is Kelsey’s love and determination in building long lasting relationships with our clients and customers. Kelsey has been a huge addition to the Titan Title Team and is here to take care of any and all of our Client’s needs.
Kathy Ethridge
Kathy, a history major in college and former educator comes to Titan Title to live out her second professional life as a real estate closing specialist. Looking for a new challenge in life, Kathy decided to brave the mid-south real estate industry as a title agency professional. Building new and lasting relationships is one of Kathy's favorite things to do just behind traveling and playing with her several fur babies. Kathy, as a core member of the Titan Title Team, is here to service our agents and customers to ensure the smoothest of closings, and the most pleasant and memorable experience you clients can have buying or selling a home.
Holly Johnson
Holly, like Bobbie, comes to Titan Title with mortgage loan processing experience. Holly was added to the Titan Title Team because of this experience and knowledge of loan documents. Holly heads our post-closing team, along with David, to ensure all deeds are properly and timely recorded, all lender’s packages are sent out and all things post-closing are done on each and every file. If you have any questions or need anything after the closing or funding of a file, then Holly is your gal. As with the rest of the Titan Title Team, Holly is here to serve and take care of our clients.
Kassandra Lopez
Kassandra, born here in the US, but her family is originally from Mexico. Growing up here in the South, Kassandra is the epitome of a true Southern Lady. She is our second bilingual employee, and like all of her teammates, Kassandra prides herself in learning new things, developing relationships, and providing over-the-top customer service. Enen though she is the newest member of the Titan Title Team, she has already proven her worth by working with Gabriela to translate and close transactions with Hispanic speaking clients. Like Gabriela, Kassandra is here to be a resource for our clients and customers that are or deal predominantly in the Memphis-Hispanic Community.
David Rucker
David is the newest member of the Titan Title team. As a staff attorney for Titan Title, David is in charge of reviewing all title searches and clearing title issues. Coming from a background in bankruptcy law, David brings a level of legal experience that no other member of the team brings. He is here to answer legal questions and assist our staff and agents to secure a successful closing.
