Mike, a licensed attorney with almost 25 years in the real estate closing business, founded Titan Title Company, LLC with the intention of building a team that prides themselves on excellence in service and client retention. Mike was born in Memphis, but raised in Olive Branch, MS, and has a very diverse background with experiences in the health sciences, law enforcement, and youth sports programs. With Mike's diverse background, as well as his over two decades long experience in the legal field, Mike is well capable of answering any and all real estate related questions, and putting together a plan to solve even the most complicated title situations to ensure a smooth closing for our agents and customers when the highly anticipated closing date arrives.

Kay, our resident expert on all things real estate. Kay has been in the real estate business longer than most other people in the Mid-South area. She has seen it, and handled it all, when it comes to real estate issues. Kay, being our in-house expert on non-owner occupied/investment property closings, assignment contracts, is the best around with the special handling required when working with large scale investor clients. 

 Kelsey, one of our Senior Closers, comes to Titan Title with several years’ experience in the real estate closing business. Being a mother to two wonderful young kids, Kelsey has developed strong organizational skills along with problem solving and time management expertise, and has mastered the kind of patience that only a mother can have. One thing that sets Kelsey, and frankly, all of the Titan Title Team apart from other closing companies’ staff is Kelsey’s love and determination in building long lasting relationships with our clients and customers. Kelsey has been a huge addition to the Titan Title Team and is here to take care of any and all of our Client’s needs. 

Kaycee, Titan Title's world traveler, comes to us from the Philippines, via Hawaii, Kaycee's extensive travel has given her a unique perspective on cultures, and ethnic backgrounds found outside of our geographical area. The team member newest the real estate world, Kaycee has quickly become a core member of our team, and the go to girl for a lot of our agents and customers. 

Gabriela came to us from Venezuela in 2018. She came to America without knowing any English, whatsoever. In the 5 short years she has been here, she has taught herself English, enrolled in college and has faced her fears and triumphed over them with all of the fire and energy that Venezuelans are known for. Not only does she bring a rare fire and energy to Titan Title, she is one of two bilingual employees that we are proud to have as part of our Titan Title family. If you speak mainly Spanish, or if you have a client that mainly speaks Spanish, then please call Gabbie and she will be more than happy help you.  

Kassandra, born here in the US, but her family is originally from Mexico. Growing up here in the South, Kassandra is the epitome of a true Southern Lady. She is our second bilingual employee, and like all of her teammates, Kassandra prides herself in learning new things, developing relationships, and providing over-the-top customer service. Enen though she is the newest member of the Titan Title Team, she has already proven her worth by working with Gabriela to translate and close transactions with Hispanic speaking clients. Like Gabriela, Kassandra is here to be a resource for our clients and customers that are or deal predominantly in the Memphis-Hispanic Community.
